Did you know that Latin America is the second region in the world with the most extreme weather events?
At TECHO, we have created a resilient housing fund to develop adaptations for our active projects in the 18 countries where we operate, making them more resilient to climate effects.
In 2024, we invested in researching and developing adaptations for the housing we build in eight countries.
By 2026, we dream of doing this in all countries and gradually replacing all the homes we build with the resilient model.
