Interns for event planning


  •  Assist with event planning and implementation
  • Writing and sending email to donors asking for new Lots
  • Asking donors for the logo, pictures, retail prices and lots/voucher
  • Thanks to the donor
  • Writing all auction lot descriptions with photos, donor’s logos and establishing terms and conditions
  • Weekly Follow up with donors for communication materials and shipment of items
  • Updating the information in the online auction and bidding platform
  • Coordinating shipping details post event with Director of Marketing and Events
  • Attend and Coordinate event
  • Follow agenda during the event
  • Make an inventory of all the wines/lots arrive at our storage/office



  • Starting: July 16, 2018
  • This is an unpaid intership
  • Ending: January 16, 2018
  • 6 Months with the possibility to extend the internship for Tinto 2019 in Mar/Apr 2019
  • 20hs per week (2 weeks before the event and 2 weeks after, we will need more availability from the Intern)
